WHAT IS HEALTH COACHING?

Health coaching is having a supportive ally to help you create your own personalized plan based on your health & wellness goals. We will work together to see where you want to make changes because you know YOU best.  I will ask you thoughtful questions and listen carefully to you, guiding you where you want to go.

WHAT ARE SESSIONS LIKE?

  

FOUNDATION SESSION

This session begins by exploring your values, purpose, strengths, priorities, challenges, and health goals. We will identify your area of focus, possible strategies, accountability and agreed upon measures of success.

      A Foundation Session typically includes:

  • Review of completed worksheets.

  • Organize your thinking and get clear on what you want to focus on.

  • Begin to create wellness plan.

  • Identify specific goals.

  • Discuss logistics, how we will work together and the best way to communicate between sessions.

FOLLOW-UP SESSION

These focus on your successes, lessons learned, insights, strengths and strategies to keep moving forward.

        Follow-Up Sessions typically include:

  • ​Check-in, what happened since we last met.

  • Define the topic of focus for the session.

  • Discuss challenges, action steps, accountability and goals.

  • Set up ways to measure and track progress and schedule next session.
